Ms. Morgan was so helpful and looked up info on a hat brand that I had questions about. Come to find out it was a brand I would wear and supports veterans! Morgan was professional and did her best to help me and my nephew. Thank you Morgan (she needs to be promoted) above peers! Made a purchase online for 4 pairs of shoes totaling over $250. All 4 pairs of shoes were Christmas presents for my 2 nieces and my husband. My niece put on her slippers as soon as we brought the package inside, and within an hour one of the shoes had come apart. I emailed Customer Service to have a new pair sent to us, and they told me I would have to send these shoes back, wait for them to receive the shoes so they can credit my account, and then I can make another purchase for another pair of shoes. Absolutely not. I've already taken the time to make an order. Why should I have to send these back, wait a week for a refund, and then have to wait another week to receive the shoes? Then you guys even said "And here is a one time courtesy free shipping code to use on the replacement order." A one time courtesy? Y'all are lacking in returns and customer service, and you can take the $40 I paid for these shoes and wipe your rear with them, since that's how you treat your customers.

I’m so impressed with the customer service at the Killeen location. We were passing through and stopped in and bought a pair of shoes. We got home and realized they were 2 different sizes, and we live hours away. I talked to Blake and he immediately came up with a solution. He communicated every step of the way and I received my new shoes today!
